Our Credit Policy: Secure Systems Group, Ltd.
(SSG Ltd.) does not typically authorize lines of credit to clients. For most
services, we require payment of the service fee in advance, or deposit of an
advance equal to half of the estimated cost of investigation. A
retainer account can be opened by submitting an advanced fee by check or
credit card. Please call us if you wish to establish a retainer account.
Terms/Conditions of Service: I understand I am
placing an order for investigative services and/or research of
electronically stored information that may be gathered from third
party data bases or other
sources. I also understand that, in many cases these services will
be performed based on information that I
or my company has provided, and understand that SSG Ltd. may not be able to independently verify the information provided by me, or
the information they receive from third parties. I understand
that SSG Ltd. will endeavor to provide accurate
information in response to this investigative request, but
understand that SSG Ltd. assumes no liability for the
accuracy of information contained in third party reports it may rely upon
or furnish,
and that SSG Ltd. has made no warranties of performance,
merchantability, or fitness of their investigative product for any
particular purpose. I understand that SSG Ltd. will
endeavor to provide professional services by properly
licensed, trained and insured investigators and consultants but cannot guarantee a
desired outcome or result.
Payment Terms: I understand that SSG Ltd. requires payment in advance for Background Investigations,
Service of Process, and other professional services. All professional
services will be billed to the client at rates reflected in our cost
proposal to the client for their particular engagement. I understand that once an
Employment Background Investigation or Service of Process has been ordered and paid for, the request cannot
be cancelled, and no refund can be made. I also
understand that, in the event I retain SSG Ltd. to perform investigative services at an hourly rate,
SSG Ltd. will cease its efforts once any advance is
depleted unless further work is authorized and an additional deposit is received.

a. If the retainer, payment, or advance is to be paid by check, enter the amount of the check you are submitting with your order. Print the Method of Payment Form from your browser and submit the Method of Payment Form and your check to us by mail to: Secure Systems Group, Ltd., 958 Independence Dr., Dayton, OH 45429.
b. If the payment, retainer, fee, or advance is to be paid by credit card or bank transfer through PayPal, enter the amount that will be paid and then click on the PayPal Button to submit your payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to submit a payment to SSGLtd@woh.rr.com through PayPal. Simply click on the button, and follow the instructions for making your payment. Print the completed Method of Payment form from your browser, sign and date the form, and submit it to us by mail, Fax to (937) 434-6060, or by email to SSGLtd@woh.rr.com.
