Dear Sir:

        Please initiate a Due Diligence Investigation on the above named subject in accordance with the attached investigative plan and associated budget that you have prepared.  All resulting Reports of Investigation should be forwarded to at the above address.  The undersigned certifies that:

  1. The Investigative Reports and other products of the investigation we are requesting will not be used for evaluating job applicants or the continued suitability for employment of any employee.

  2.  The reports and other products of the investigation we are requesting will be used only for lawful purposes.

  3. The Terms and Conditions of this agreement and Payment for the services we are requesting will be in accordance with provisions of the attached Method of Payment Form, which I have signed.

  4. Our advanced retainer, in the amount of is hereby forwarded, and you are authorized to draw against that retainer as charges incurred in the investigation are booked to our account with your firm.  Periodic account statements advising us of the amount and nature of such charges should be submitted to the undersigned.  I understand that you will cease investigative activity if our retainer is depleted, and no further advance is received from us.
